Yesterday, Governor Wolf ordered the closures of schools, community centers, gyms, YMCAs and entertainment venues to help curtail the spread of COVID-19. These closures will be in affect for two weeks from today, Friday, March 13, 2020. In addition, the Governor advised that all non-essential retail stores close. Mass transit, pharmacies, grocery stores and hospitals will remain open. 

Based on this information and per direction of state and county officials, the following closures, cancellations and service changes will be in affect as of Friday, March 13, 2020 for the Borough of Conshohocken: 

  1. The Conshohocken Borough Administrative Office will continue to operate. However, all human-to-human contact with the public has been eliminated. We are still conducting services via telephone, email or fax. There will be some service disruptions and limits on normal services provided. We can be reached by any of the below listed numbers and links.

  2. The Community Center at the Fellowship House and Mary Wood Park House facilities will be closed for operation until April 1st.
  3. All scheduled park and field rentals will be canceled until April 1st.
  4. Playgrounds are closed until further notice.
  5. The Sutcliffe Park bathrooms will be closed until further notice.
  6. The A-field will be closed until April 1st.
  7. The Borough Council public meetings scheduled for March 18th and April 1st are canceled.
  8. The March 16th Zoning Hearing Board Meeting is canceled.
  9. Board and Commission public meetings will be canceled until May 1st.
  10. St. Patrick’s Day Parade is canceled.
  11. The Donofrio Basketball Tournament is canceled.
