Owners of the property at 400 Barr Harbor Drive in West Conshohocken have applied for a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) from FEMA to request changes in the regulatory flood way and flood plain in the area of the site. The Developer proposes to construct an office building, associated parking and amenities.
The area covered by the CLOMR affects properties on the Conshohocken side of the Schuylkill River. It has been determined that the changes proposed will not significantly increase the Base Flood Elevations along the Conshohocken Riverfront.
