The Administrative Services Department's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing administrative and financial services; including human resource, and pension matters; finance records and transactions, insurance, records management, and working with the Borough Manager in carrying out assigned departmental and functional activities. This Department is also responsible for the administration of all insurances and coordination and upkeep of all benefit contracts, managing constituent and customer services, in part through a Citizen Request intake system that functions to process and track citizen concerns; managing community development activities, and general permitting, such as parking. The Director of Administrative Services is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of those functions.
