The Administrative Services Department's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing the Borough's Human Resources; Managing Constituent and Customer Services, in part through a Citizen Request intake system that functions to process and track citizen concerns; Managing Community Development activities, Records Management, and general permitting, such as parking. The Director of Administrative Services is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of those functions.
