Zoning Hearing Board

The primary purpose of the Zoning Hearing Board is to grant relief from the literal enforcement of the ordinance in certain hardship situations, and to help assure fair and equitable application and administration of the zoning ordinance by hearing appeals on the zoning officer's determinations.

Zoning Hearing Board Meetings are tentatively scheduled for the third Monday of each month, however confirmed meeting dates will be advertised on the Borough website. Meetings are held at 7:00 PM at Borough Hall, located at 400 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Interested parties are encouraged to attend. Those requiring special accommodations should contact the Borough Administration Office at (610) 828-1092 as soon as possible to make arrangements.

The Borough of Conshohocken Borough Council is now accepting letters of interest, resumes, and applications for a Zoning Hearing Board Alternate member serving a 3-year term. All interested parties must be a resident of Conshohocken Borough for at least one full year to be considered. Please complete an application and forward it with a cover letter and resume to the address below:
