Portion of West Elm Street to be closed overnight April 18-April 19 for milling and paving

West Elm Street will be closed between Fayette Street and Forrest Street overnight Thursday, April 18, into Friday, April 19, starting at 7 p.m. on Thursday to allow Scott Contractors to mill and pave this area. Please expect traffic delays during this time.
