In 2025, the Borough of Conshohocken formed a Redistricting Task Force tasked with preparing a maximum of three (3) revised Ward Maps consisting of seven (7) wards for Borough Council consideration. The main goal for the Task Force was to realign ward boundaries to ensure equal population distribution based on 2020 official census data and in accordance with the Borough Code and Pennsylvania Law. The Task Force met from November 2025 to March 2026.
At the Borough Council public meeting on April 1, 2026, the Task Force presented three (3) final proposed Ward Maps for Council consideration. The three maps meet all legal requirements for reapportionment of election districts, including, but not limited to, retaining census block boundaries, having a maximum population deviation of ten percent (10%), and being as “compact and contiguous” as practicable.

At this time, Borough Council is seeking input and feedback from Borough residents on the final three (3) proposed Ward Maps.
Input on the three (3) proposed maps must be submitted to the Borough no later than 12:00 pm (noon) on Monday, April 13th, via email to Stephanie Cecco, Borough Manager, at scecco@conshohockenpa.gov. You can also call 610-828-1092 and ask for Stephanie Cecco or Brittany Rogers to submit your feedback.

All input and feedback received will be compiled and submitted to Borough Council to assist with their deliberation process. At the Borough Council public meeting on April 15th, Borough Council will consider selecting one of the maps to move forward in the approval process. They will also consider authorizing the advertisement of the corresponding ordinance. The proposed ordinance and final map will be advertised and placed on Borough Council’s agenda on May 6th for final approvals. If approved, the map and ordinance will then be submitted for consideration to the Montgomery County Board of Elections and the County Court of Common Pleas.
